having a nanny-how many hours do you have them for a week and an idea on salary range
I am going through an agency to hire a nanny..just wondering how many hours a week your nanny works and a salary range...
I am trying to figure out what is the average pay based on the hours i need someone...
Also, what duties do they have..my DD is 5 months ...i am thinking just baby laundry and keeping her room tidy...

It varies a lot due to area and experience. If you are in NYC, a nanny is much more expensive then a nanny on LI, generally speaking.
For me, a nanny is there to care for a child. That means no cleaning or cooking outside of what is needed to care for the child. Maybe that would be different if I had a live in but for me, when the babies were resting, that was her down time.
