Having an extremely hard time...
It's only been a week since my Grandma passed but I am having such a hard time dealing with this. I think about it and I am disbelief that it really happened. I am also so mad that she had to go. Logically I know that she was getting older and lived a very long full life but I never thought she would ever die...I really didn't

I am so very sorry for your loss. Anger is a part of grieving so let yourself experience the feelings. There are certain stages you go through and whichever one you are having difficulty with, we are here

I used to have a really hard time and i thought that i would always have a lump in my throat. In fact i have a charm bracelet that she used to wear all the time and it smelled like her perfume. I used to smell it when i was sad and my DH used to think i was crazy. I still miss her and she died almost 3 years ago.
