Having major work anxiety
I have been having a lot of trouble at work since I have announced my pregnancy. I already know that they have no plans on taking me back after my leave, and I do not plan on going back. My bosses are constantly up my a@@ about every little thing and blame me when they don't get what they want, and it is not my fault at all.
I do not sleep well at all every night and this has been going on for months. My mind races about all the work I have to do. Saturday night I got maybe 4 hours, and last night maybe 3 hous of sleep, plus I was having contactions on and off (I think due to the stress). I really don't know why I am stressing out so much, I am counting the days till I leave. I just am so miserable there and I can't stop worrying about all the work I have to finish before I leave.
i don't really know what I am asking, I think I just needed to vent and get it out. Should I call my doctor and tell him about this? Is there anything he can do? Thanks for reading and letting me get it out

That sounds so horrible and unfair to me. Why won't they be taking you back after your leave? What kind of work are you in?
And how much longer do you have to go? Would going out early (since you won't be going back after you have the baby anyway) be an option, just for your sanity?

Re: Having major work anxiety
if you're not going back then i wouldn't stress about what you need to get done, do only what you can do, you don't need to be stressed out especially during pregnancy

Thats sounds like discrimination and you can sue their pants off for such treatment. Especially if they don't offer your job back to you after you give birth. Do you work for a small company? I would not stand for this type of treatment. You should 100% consult with a Labor/Employment attorney asap.

What an awful situation for you to have to deal with. How far along are you? I would call the dr and just let them know how stressed you are and that it is affecting your sleep. See if there's anything they can do. Can you go out early?
