Re: HCG after miscarriage
I think so... have you taken a HPT test to confirm?

Re: HCG after miscarriage
I think it depends on the type of miscarriage (for lack of a better word).
I opted for methotrexate and it has been 4 weeks so far...hopefully today is down below 100. My doctor expects 6-7 weeks total to get to 0. Although I had twins (one in the uterus and one ectopic) and that may extend the time....I was told that this would take the longest but was my safest bet.
I believe that natural miscarriage, D&C and any surgery generally take less time for the hcg to go down than drug therapy.

Re: HCG after miscarriage
I think it depends on the person. I miscarried naturally and it took about two weeks.

Re: HCG after miscarriage
My first mc took 3 weeks and my other one took 4 weeks to go back to zero. I know it can take awhile to sometimes go back down. It depends on how far along u were, had a natural etc. A HPT isent a real good indicator bc it detects hcg over a certian amount. So if ur hcg is still 15 or 20 ur hpt will come back negative. Have ur dr do a blood test.
