It's happening....I can hardly breath because I'm so excited. He's still behind where he should be at 2 years old but the last 2 weeks have been amazing and the last 2 days have been UNREAL!!!
He said MAMA today on the phone with me!!! He's NEVER done that!!!! People at work think I'm crazy because I was on the phone with him crying.

Lisa - I am so happy to read this! I know how amazing it is when these words start coming out!
Diana, remember that video you posted of Jack saying pear with the "accent"? I always think about that because he has a lot of funny "accents" I guess because he's still learning to shape his mouth to make the proper sounds.
My favorite one is "door" and I always joke around that he does it is a french accent because it sounds more like "deux"...so cute!!!

It must be another additive in the water here b/c my DS had an explosion also. He even said "more cookies" yesterday. Well, "mmeour ooki" but I knew what he meant.
He was even saying odd words I didn't even know he knew - yesterday "turtle" and "stuck were his new favorite words.
