Headaches.
I know we can only take Tylenol, but its not working. I keep having HORRIBLE headaches. I'm rubbing peppermint oil on my temples, but nothing helps it.
I do drink coffee, but the caffeine also isnt working! I really don't know what to do anymore.
Any other remedies?

Headaches.
how much water are you drinking? when i get a headache its because im hungry or dehydrated.

Try increasing water or drink Gatorade
