Healthy Eats 4/20
Breakfast: Yoplait Light Upside Down Pineapple Cake yogurt, strawberries & coffee w/ skim
Lunch: Turkey w/ laughing cow swiss cheese on WW rye bread & sugar free pudding
Dinner: Chilean sea bass (this is so high in fat and calories so I don't recommend it as an everyday dish, but it's the good fat), steamed broccoli and brown rice
Snacks: fiber one bar, plum

Breakfast: 90 calorie chewy granola bar and green tea, no sweetener
Lunch: chicken, lettuce and red pepper soaked in vinegar
Afternoon snack: 100 calorie pack of cookies
Pre workout snack: 2% string cheese
Dinner: ((leftovers)) beef shiskebobs on the BBQ, mushroom whole wheat pasta with an artichoke sauce.
Exercise Plan: half hour on my air walker, 100 crunches, 10 push ups and stretches!

breakfast- special k cinnamon pecan & coffee
lunch- salad with goat cheese & tomatoes
snack- apple & baked chips or pretzels
dinner- balsamic glazed chicken over brown rice & veggies
snack- popcorn

breakfast- weigth control oatmeal and hard boiled egg coffee 2 tbs ff milk
lunch- homemade ff veggie tuna, 10 melba rounds and 2 cup of grapes
Dinner- WW recipe orange seasame chicken stir fry
snacks: 1 cup skim milke and vita brownie
workout- golds gym wiii fit

9am Bfast - 1 hard boiled egg
10 am 1 small banana 1 tbs organic peanut butter
1130 Cantulope
1pm - Lunch 6 perogies
snack cantulope
Dinner - 1 slice meatloaf 2 cup steamed veggies
Workout - 5 mile run strength training (waist - biceps) Ab work & stretching. = 1.5 hrs.

omg i was SO bad over the weekend! okay well not THAT bad, but bad enough! ..starting the week off right again!!
Breakfast: 60cal. yogurt, strawberries, and 4mini ricecakes w/peanutbutter
Lunch: SALAD.
Dinner: grilled chicken tenderloins w/roasted carrots and salad.
water, water, water!!!

I was not good at ALL this weekend!
Breafast: Lite and Fit Yogurt
Snack: Polly-O string cheese
Lunch: Cup of Honey Nut Cheerios
Dinner: A protein shake at the gym
I'm going to the gym after work with DH to do the treadmill and weights, and waiting around for a friend to meet me to go to a class. So lots of working out today!

Lunch: 2 meatballs, and a salad and tea
Snack: carrots and an apple
Dinner: chicken with feta and sun-dried tomatoes and broccolli rabe.
I am HOPING to not eat any chocolate today but we'll see.
Tonights workout: weight lifting and maybe a short run

Workout: 40 min. elliptical, 30 strength..situps, crunches, ab workouts
