Healthy Eats 4/16
Breakfast: Oatmeal bar and tea
Lunch: Potato roll and cheese ( LOL I need to go food shopping )
Afternoon Snack: 90 calorie granola bar
Get Home Snack: 2% string cheese
Dinner: eating at my mom's - hopefully I can control my portions! ack! LOL
ETA: Day #4 of half hour on my air walker, 100 crunches and a pathetic amount of pushups

Lunch- Salad with black beans
Dinner- meatloaf made with 91% lean meat and oats instead of bread crumbs

Breakfast: golden grahams cereal with 2 strawberries chopped up on top, tea (with less siugar than normal - woohoo)
Lunch: peanut butter and jelly on multigrain bread
PM snack: carrots with roasted red pepper hummus
Dinner: shrimp scampi with 1 cup pasta
After dinner snack: 2 lemon cookies and a glass of milk

still not great, trying to use up the food we have in the house before we go away
Breakfast: PB&J on whole wheat bread
Lunch: 1 spicy sausage with marinara sauce and 2 slices whole wheat toast with butter on the side
snack: orange
Dinner: will be ordering in, not sure what yet. Maybe a salad?

Breakfast: Captin crunch with 2% milk and tea (2 sugars-went down again this week no more 4 sugars!)
Lunch: 10 cal sugar free jello snack and 100 cal goldfish pretzels
Snack while in class tonight: 90 cal Special K bar or 100 cal oreo thingys
Dinner: not sure, I have NO food in the house. Maybe cook those birdseye meals. The garlic chicken one is great! chicken some pasta, broccli and carrots. YUP that's what I will make lol
I am bad today not a great lunch and breakfast suckked

hahaha! sorry, I'll reword next time. I'm all about heaLth bars tho. They're all I eat. heath candy bars, however, are a big no-no for me. lol.

i am officially down to NO sugar in my tea - it was hard but now i dont miss it and if someone puts sugar in, it tastes too sweet for me!!

So far today...
Breakfast: blueberry muffin that I made from scatch yesterday! (made a batch for DH) .... but they are only 130 calories each- not bad for a muffin! Had it with a banana and glass of milk!
Lunch: leftover chicken cutlet and wholewheat pasta

yeah I am trying I used to put 4 sugars in it all the time. I recently started drinking green tea at night and will switch to that at work and not have any sugar in it! I am trying.
As for lunch- YES haha I am hungry but a littel busy. I have like no food at home so figured i will buy a yogurt at work- in our break room they have food etc and well today NO YOGURTS LEFT. I was mad

I am about to cavvvvve again! I am so so so hungry...must be all the running and AF coming. I am going to eat peanut m&ms in about 2 minutes because I just ate 3 healthy snacks and still fricken hungry!

Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs, 2slices of cheese
snack: sugar free jello, granola
Dinner: Leftovers! Chicken baked w/diced tomatos & ff mozz. cheese, green beans, salad.
and TONS of water! i can't take all the peeing!!!! lol

830 am - 1 small banana with 1 tablespoon Organic Peanut Butter.
10am - half cup kashi go lean crunch skim milk
1pm - whole grain wrap with .75 cup tuna
snack - carrots/celery
7pm - steamed veggies 1 small thin sliced pork chop.
snack - ww ice cream bar
