A few people have asked for this info so I figured I would just make a post for it

They are based on Healthy BMI which should be between 20 & 25

Are these ranges based on frame size?





I would say the low end would be for a small frame

and the high number would be for a larger frame

just based on my personal experince at 5'2 with an atheletic build- I look best in the middle of the numbers- around 117-120

106- you would want to put me the in the hospital

and 137 (for me) is also not heathly looking despite what WW says

Exactly - Every one has to figure out what weight within the range they are comfortable with. Most wont really know until they get close to that number.

I have a large/muscular frame so for me the top of my range will be my goal. Anything less than that I will lose my curves and I definately want to keep my curves!!!

I also have a larger frame and in the past when I've been at the high end of the healthy weight range, I've looked thin and healthy. Getting much below that would make me look too skinny.
