Whoever recommended that book "Healthy Sleep HAbits, Happy Child"
I don't remember which post it was or if several of you posted the book but I just want to say THANK YOU!! I read it and have been following it for the past few weeks and my 3.5 month old sleeps so much better now.

Absolutely! DS is only 7 weeks and there are even tips for one month olds. I find it very helpful. I have a few friends that swear by it. It is worth it in my opinion.

I completely agree - Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child (link to book on Amazon for anyone interested) has helped me so much with both my girls. While its not a single magic answer, it really helps you understand what is going on at every age, what to expect, and what your options are...

This book helped us so much when DS was about 4.5 months old. Now, at 16 months he is an amazing sleeper and super happy!

Agree! DS is on a great schedule now. Other then a few nights this week, which I think he was going through a growth spurt.

Re: Whoever recommended that book "Healthy Sleep HAbits, Happy Child"
I might have mentioned it--it really helped me figure out sleep issues for DS, and I read parts of it again recently--he's 20 months.
The focus is on sleep for babies younger than 1 year, but there is info about toddler sleep issues as well.
Glad it helped!
