Lance has a murmur. The Ped. Card. called it PPS. They found it when he was sick.

Re: Heart Murmur question
I had one when I was a baby/kid and it went away and then came back in my early 20s. I ended up having Mitral Valve Prolapse which has to do with flow also... but it's not really a big deal, just annoying.

It should, he is going back to the doctor in a couple of months to make sure.

Re: Heart Murmur question
My son has a Pulmonary Stenosis which was diagnosed in utero. You can hear the murmur and he needs antibiotics if he goes to the dentist, and stuff like that.
Is this something that will go away, or will he always have it?

I think those can go away, but as a precautionary measure they may always want to have him take the antibiotic. People with certain murmurs are more prone to the possibility of a heart infection if bacteria gets into the blood stream.
