Heart rate monitor?
I know NOTHING about exercising but I do go walking with my kids in the double stroller. I'm looking for a more consistent way to figure out how many calories I have burned. Would a heart rate monitor do that? If so can anyone recommend a good one?

Many heart rate monitors have a function where you can input your weight and age and will calculate calories burned. Polar is a great brand!
