Heidi Montag: Addicted to Plastic Surgery
At just 23 years old, The Hills star Heidi Montag decided to go under the knife for a second time and have a staggering 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day.
"For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done," the reality star tells PEOPLE. "I'm beyond obsessed."

I totally think it is ALL Spencers doing. You know he has to be emotionally abusive just by the way he acted on the show.
It's all about him. Now I don't like either one of them but that poor girl and her self-esteem!

This pic is a little bigger---wow--what a difference!
This is the list of what she had done:
Nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision.
I mean she was always annoying, but she had a sick body. I can't imagine why she felt she needed all the lipo! Not to mention she now has DDD breasts and wants to go bigger. She is gonna look like such a plastic doll.

Wow! Is that pic for real? How could any doctor agree to perform that many surgeries on a 23 year old. I personally hate her, but I think she looked pretty good before.
I agree with an OP that said she must be so miserable with herself to be doing this. This is so sad.

She looks about 10 years older now.
And honestly- who at 23 years old needs botox and a brow lift????
What is she going to do when she is 40? She'll look like the cat woman!

I've been wondering where she's been. They haven't been on the boards in months. I guess this is why.
She doesn't even look like herself.
How could a dr agree to do all these surgeries on someone so young. Terrbile.

I actually feel really bad for her because she obviously has some serious mental issues. Anyone who is 23 years old and does that to themselves has a lot of problems. I hope she gets help!

My thoughts exactly. What the heck do you know at 23? Esepcially to disfigure yourself SO badly???
Getting a tattoo early and regretting it is one thing...you can cover that up and remove it. But all this surgery?? At 23, there are some SERIOUS issues going on with this girl. It's really sad.
If you look back at the 1st episodes with her and Lauren, she was so cute and funny and NORMAL.
SOMETHING really strange happened to her when she got involved wtih Spencer.
Sad that the whole world can see it but her
