He obviously couldnt accept her as who she is and talk her out of it?

She looks more typical now.. just like everyone else. I think she looked better before - she had more character to her face.
I also think her husband is an azz and probably feeds her obvious insecurities.

She doesn't need his permission, and the article says he DID try to talk her out of it and told her she's beautiful as is, but she wanted to do this for herself -
I agree he's a douche, but for other reasons
I think it's sad that she felt the need for THAT much surgery at such a young age .........
but you know what? it's her body, her money and her life - if that is what will make her happy ........well, so be it.

So THIS is why we haven't heard from her in a while, she was recovering from MAJOR plastic surgery. Ugh. Why on EARTH would one chose to release those pics from right before and after surgery? She is just so starved for attention, she will do anything.
Her boobs look absolutely ridiculous.
She was such a pretty girl before, its sad that she went to so such great lengths to change everything about her appearance.

In the 2006 picture there's life to her eyes. In the 2010 picture, her eyes look absolutely vapid... it's just so sad.

Spencer and Heidi both said in the article that he thought she was already beautiful as she was, and that it was her choice alone to have the surgery.
DH and I are actually friends with a couple who were in a similar position - wife wanted plastic surgery, her DH was NOT in favor and let her know it loud and clear. She didn't care what he thought, saved up out of her own salary to pay for it, went to all her appointments herself, and got it done anyway. It's not always as simple as just trying to talk the other person out of it if they're already dead set on getting it done.

what a shame. I thought she was really pretty before, but now she just looks fake. And now instead of looking like she's in her 20's, she looks much older, in my opinion. Her face reminds me of older women who get face lifts to hide their wrinkles.

If people magazine wants to run this story, I wish they had gone with a different angle. I think it sends the wrong message to make this a story in a major weekly publication. I just think of the little girls who are bombarded with these types of images and think that this is what 'beautiful' really is.
