I'm not opposed to plastic surgery...but I think it's really sad that a 23 yr old is so obsessed with looking perfect and young. By the time she's in her 40's she's going to look like a train wreck. And then we'll have to listen to her rant about why people 'shouldn't' get plastic surgery.

Ridiculous that she would think this will fix how she feels about herself. And while this medically made be 'sound' the doc who did this needed to say no, this woman has psychological issues.
Her new boobs are a ginormous size (triple D wasn't big enough??? ***???) for her tiny frame and the botox at 23 is just stupid.

The saddest part is I think she was very cute in the before pics, when she originally became a celebrity. Not "perfect" but really cute IMO. What a mess this girl is in her head.

I was looking at this on my Blackberry before- so I didn't really get to see it
but her boobs look very uneven in the naked before shoot....
and how much bigger then a DDD does she want to be- I don't like how it looks in the clothing shot at all!

She looks so plastic and fake now at least she had some "character" to her look before.....
I find it funny though that so many women up and coming in Hollywood think that is the look to strive for...they all look the same but successful movie actresses or even those that are pop starts, very few, if any, have that plastic pam amderson look , I never understood this.....

Anything that she had done below the neck will more than likely have to be redone again if she ever decides to have children. Then again, for the sake of all that is good and holy, let's hope she does not reproduce. The world may be a better place.

I do think she needed to go back and have her first boob job redone. I noticed, from when she first had them done, that they were OBVIOUSLY uneven. I commented on it to my husband in her "music video" lol. However, when she had them redone she went WAYYYYY too big. Holy cow! And as far as the face goes, ridiculous. You want to stay as far away as possible from being like Michael Jackson. And once you start in with chin reconstruction, and lips, and more than just one nose job, etc. it gets freaky.

So I read the article and she still wants bigger boobs!! Right now she is a DDD, she is going to get even bigger ones done eventually!
ETA: She claims it is because she wants to be a pop star and has to keep up with Brittany Spears.

wow this is really sad. she didn't need any of the surgeries. she was very pretty before. i feel like she is doing this to become famous and it is totally wrong. very sad.

Wow! I am not opposed to plastic surgery, but she's insane and has a major self image complex.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this is another way to promote the two of them. They are both attention whores!
