help breast pump covered by insurance question

I know there have been a few post about it but Im having trouble finding them
Can someone tell me who to call and what do you recommend?
I did find edgepark website but its a little confusing do I need to call them or can I do it online? Also the only brand I recognize is evenflo

I am out of state now but I hope that doesn't make a difference.

Call your insurance company first to see if it's covered (I did this twice to make sure) then they will give you a list of supply companies you would have to order from ( edgepark may be one of them). Then call edgepark. I know edgepark has more than what's on their website. Some people call edgepark first, I wouldn't. Someone on here said edgepark said their insurance company covered the pump then they got a bill bc they didn't. It's a pretty easy process. The supply company will get in touch with your doctor if your insurance requires a medical necessity diagnosis.

I used edgepark both times. I'm in NY, they are in Ohio. I'd call.
