Help! Going to a BBQ tonight - it was a last minute invite by one of DH's friends and I need a good EASY appetizer to bring!

sweet potato chips! (it a WW recipe)
so easy and yummy!
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
slice sweet potato thin and lay on a cookie sheet sprayed w/ EVOO.
then lay the slices on top of the cookie sheet and brush w/ veggie oil. season w/ salt and pepper.
bake for 22-25 mins
enjoy!
