If you are looking at Snapper Inn, you should look at the Riverview right down the road.
you sure thats the name? the only place i see with riverview is in westchester.

I went to a wedding at the cottage at east wind and it is a very nice place for a small wedding.
check out boats that go out of free port , those can be pretty inexpensive.
look into Brewery's they are becoming popular and not as expensive as wineries.
