HELP Need Pediatrician Reccomendations ASAP!!
I just found this website and I am so grateful. I am 35weeks pregnant and went to the child prep class today. I did not realize that I needed a pediatrician before the baby is born. My DH and I just moved to LI and need a pediatrician that is near levittown, East Meadow or Wantagh. I am delivering at LIJ.

We are using ProKids in Levittown, Actually switched to them before DS was born. So far they are Excellent. Take us in at the drop of a hat, stayed with us in the hospital when DS was born, talked us through things (DS was in NICU for a bit). Never once did we feel rushed. The have great hours, weekends included. I wish we had switched sooner.

my sister LOVES her pediatrician. they are either in wantagh, bellmore or seaford. I'll try to remember to get the name from her but if i forget FM me

Bellmore Merrick Pediatrics Dr. Jonathon Jassey is fabulous, knowledgable and thorough. He is associated w/ Withrop but my DS was born at LIJ and we just brought him in a day or two after we were home. A pediatrician at LIJ looked at him when he was born
