Help! Need suggestions for drinking milk from a cup
DD loves milk from a bottle. She also has no problem drinking from a cup unless its milk. She spits it right out. I have gotten rid of all day time bottles except for the 9 oz she drinks at bedtime Today at her 21 month visit my ped said she should be drinking 24 oz of milk. Even with the yogurt and cheese I push on her she gets may be 15 oz. I feel like a terrible mom- Help! His suggestion was not to give her anything to eat or drink until she drinks milk from a cup But I don't think I can do that. She spits out chocolate milk too btw. Thanks!!!!

Unfortunately, this is the best way to go!
A few moms tried giving it to their children with a straw sippy. Did you try that?
