That's pretty much what we serve around here, except no veggie burgers since I'm allergic to mushrooms.
We also do breaded chicken fingers and meatballs, meatloaf, etc made with Jason brand bread crumbs.
You should look at the label for the Fleishmann's. I think they may have changed it, when I looked at King Kullen a while back the only milk free margarine they had was Smart Balance.

whole wheat pasta with sauce and peas
meatloaf...I make with egg yolks, no breadcrumbs, its award winning I take ground turkey and add in tons of veggies.
I found that Arnold's Select Wheat Hamburger buns are soyfree and dairy free...sometimes he will munch on that.
I make chili and take his out before the cumin goes in.
Rice and beans.

these are some of the things i can think of that my DS eats often:
cereal with soy milk pancakes or waffles made from dairy free mix oatmeal applesauce all kinds of fruit toast (we use fleishman's unsalted margarine) bagels with tofutti cream cheese pasta with sauce & peas meatballs meatloaf (4C Kosher breadcrumbs) hamburgers occassionally hot dogs-nathans, sabrett boars head cold cuts (be careful-my DS had reaction to dietz & watson turkey) soy yogurt tyson chicken nuggets i make a dish with orzo, sausage, & chopped broccoli that he loves couscous with veggies my DS loves peas, corn, carrots, beans rice be careful with soy cheese-a lot of them have dairy chicken soup or stew
i try to give him what we're eating for dinner, but i've had a lot of food aversions lately being pregnant with #2 so it's been more limited lately

Re: Milk Allergy moms I need food/reciepe suggestions
I use a lot of Olivio to substitute as butter and a lot of soymilk to substitute as milk.
I even make her "pizzas" because you can find soymilk mozzarella in Stop and Shop.
I basically give Ava anything we eat, only I make sure there's no milk in it.

Re: Milk Allergy moms I need food/reciepe suggestions
One of Maddie's favorite is apple butter sandwiches! I use a kosher bread crumbs that are dairy free. For my meatloaf I use a slice of bread (check the label not all bread is dairy free) leave it out for about an hour til it gets a little hard then I add enough soy milk to get the bread really wet, tear it up and add it to your meatloaf. Then I add garlic, onions, red and green peppers, a pinch of parsley and some worschtsire (sp?) sauce. It comes out really yummy! When I make mashed potatoes I use chicken broth instead of milk and earth's balance spread.

Oh good to know! The King Kullen by me seems to carry a lot of selection in the cookie aisle, but very little in basic staples.

Olivio is like olive oil butter. I love it. My whole family uses it now. I make Ava pasta and just put that and some salt on it and she's good to go.
I find that making her meals in bulk and freezing single portions helps for the nights that we're having something she cannot have.

Can you share some good freezer ideas? If my Emily eats ONE more tyson's chicken nugget I'm going to scream That's our standby favorite when we're eating an unsafe dinner for her.

Absolutely! I make a meatloaf and slice it and freeze the slices individualy. I make turkey meatballs, cook and freeze in single servings. I make my own chicken nuggets, so I cut the breast before freezing and package them in single servings. Then, I defrost them in the microwave for like 30 seconds. Then you bread them and bake for 15 minutes. Lemon chicken freezes really nicely, I usually freeze it with some rice and some of the sauce. If you want to know how to make it, let me know.
Hawaiian chicken freezes well, too. ditto if you want the recipe.
Hmmm...let me keep thinking!

Re: Milk Allergy moms I need food/reciepe suggestions
I guess I'll just post the recipes here for the lemon chicken and the hawaiian chicken. **Disclaimer, I'm totally approximating the amounts of ingredients I use since I don't cook from a cookbook and I just make up my own recipes and never measure!**
Lemon Chicken
1lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts 1 cup flour 2 lemons 1-2 cups low sodium chicken broth salt to taste cooking spray or a little olive oil to coat the frying pan
Coat the frying pan generously with cooking spray(or a thin layer of olive oil), put over medium heat.
Dredge the chicken cutlets in the flour until completely coated.
Brown the chicken in the pan and remove.
Once all the chicken is browned and removed from the pan, lower the heat to low and add one cup of the chicken broth plus the juice of one lemon. Add chicken. Here's where I just kind of do my own thing. If it's not enough liquid, I add the second cup of chicken broth or more sometimes. And I'll even add a little white wine and let it cook off, but that's totally up to you. Let it cook for a while covered. Once the chicken is cooked thoroughly, probably like another 20 minutes, taste it and you can add the second lemon if you'd like. I always add two lemons, sometimes three because we like it lemony. All up to you. I salt it at the end depending on whether or not I have low sodium broth or not. Add rice and voila, you have a meal!
Hawaiian Chicken
1lb. chicken breasts cubed 1c flour 1 can of pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice. 2 cups of sugar snap peas or snow peas. 1 can of water chestnuts (leave out if you're not sure your child can have them) 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. 1c chicken broth cooking spray or olive oil to coat the pan
Dredge cubed chicken in flour and brown as in the first recipe over medium heat. Once chicken is browned, add the pineapple chunks, the juice from the can, the broth and the vinegar. Start with 1tbsp of vinegar and add it to taste. It should make a sweet and sour type sauce. Let it sit on medium heat for about 5 minutes, then on low heat for another 20 minutes.
For both recipes, if you'd like a thicker sauce, just add some flour to some room temperature chicken broth, mix until smooth and THEN add to the cooking food. If you add flour directly to the hot frying pan, then it'll clump.
Again, sorry if this is hard to understand, I'll clarify anyhting if anyone needs me to!
