help-sinus problems
Hey ladies...now that my m/s has eased up...I now have a new fun symptom...I get really stuffy and get headaches at night...and was up most of lastnight trying to breath through one nostril...has anyone dealt with this and have any solutions...what about that nose bedet thing that was shown on oprah...do you think that would help? I know rhinitis is common in pregnancy, I just need some relief so I can sleep.. TIA for all of your help!

Its called the nettypot!!! i have it and i love it... i bought it at Bedbath and beyond. It works with a little salt water...great investment...

Vicks Vapor Rub!
I swear by it and couldn't live with out it through my first 2 pregnancies and now with this one. Just a little under my nose before bed. Helps so much.

Try the Neil-Med Sinus Rinse. It is located at any pharmacy. It helped me out alot when I was sick as I really didn't want to take anything.

Thanks girls! Just got the nasal rinse(yikes!) and will get some vicks tomorrow...hopefully I will get some sleep tonight!
