Help with Milk and Sippy Cup
DS is 14 months old and has been drinking from a cup for the past few months. All of a sudden, he has stopped drinking. He will put the cup in his mouth and then pull it out and let all the milk spill down his chin and laugh at it. It's been 3 days of this. He was sick last week and in the emergency room for a day and was not eating, but was drinking fine. Now, he won't drink.
Has anyone experienced this? Any advice?

Re: Help with Milk and Sippy Cup
I had to change sippy cups several times to make my DD more interested. Have you gone out and bought a few more sippy cups with straws and such??

Yup, it happened to us for like three weeks straight. She would laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh. We ignored it and she finally got bored with it and doesn't do it anymore. I would ignore it or else you'll just be reinforcing it.

Re: Help with Milk and Sippy Cup
Thanks. We have tried several different cups. He is doing it with all of them. I guess we will just wait it out. i just get worried when he doesn't drink enough milk for the day.
