I'm thinking about taking the girlies in Sept.
Anyone that has planned this trip, can you give me pointers, tips, ideas, deals, how to save, what to book (meals with characters) etc.
I thought I had something bookmarked but can't seem to find it
ANY info would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
THANKS!!

We stayed at the Sheraton which is right across the street from the park (I think the closest hotel).
If your DD is into the characters, definitely book breakfast with them! Elmo's breakfast fills up quicker than Cookie Monster's but we did Cookie Monster and DS loved it. I will warn you though the food is

Ahhh, here's the thread. Ok, we didn't stay over and did it in one day, which was plenty of time, but obviously you'll need to stay over. Do a search under my name, so many people recommended hotels. I believe there are a few right in the area.
We did the Breakfast with Cookie (The Breakfast with Elmo was sold out) and it was adorable. It was Cookie, Big Bird, Abby, Ernie, Bert there. I was preggo at the time so I didn't mind the food - although I would have eaten anything not nailed down at the time, so you can't go by me.
We went to basically all of the shows they put on. They were all really cute too. You'll get a schedule when you walk in the door.
Go to the 5pm parade, Bella will love it.
It's really such a great time. We will def. be going back again this summer.
Oh, and I personally do not think you need to go back a second day. They offer up a "Two Day Pass" but if you buy this then you can't use the coupon that they give out at CVS's. We did the park (two times around) in one day and were in the car by 5pm. I say buy a one day ticket and then use the coupon. Unless of course you really want to go back that second day.
