I have the following ingredients on hand to use:
cooked rice carrots celery peas garlic ginger onion sesame oil/canola oil rice vinegar
Is there anyway to make a simple fried rice with this? What are the steps? No eggs, since we are allergic. soy sauce
TIA

I also cook the vegetables a little with the sesame oil and garlic and then add the rice and toss with soy sauce.

Re: Help with Veg Fried Rice
I know you are planning on making it yourself, but if you love veggie fried rice and are ever not in the mood to cook, Trader Joe's has a bag of Veggie Fried Rice in their freezer section. It is delicious!
I think it is something like $2.50 a bag or so.
