Here is my New Fence
Liberty Fence came to install the gates today.  I love it. I can't believe how gross our old fence really was. 
Old Fence.   OMG it was so white trash.  But we couldn't afford it until now.
Damn after looking at those before pics, I'm , but it's gone now and we have this....
Over the next week or two the pavers and new sidewalk & driveway apron will start. We can't wait for the pavers.
This is what are property looks like now:
And this is what we decided to do:
Then the new staircase leading to the 2nd floor deck will be finished and then we can start trying to grow grass.

We are very happy with what Liberty Fence did. No problems at all. Price and warranty were what we wanted. We will use them again once we are ready to do the rest of the backyard.

Looks great! I'm very happy for you, and that you like it! That was a very good idea, the double gates to the back. I'm sure Fernando and the guys will appreciate that when the come to do the pavers.
I couldn't help but notice there are more garden areas in the after diagram than the the before. Does that mean we have some shopping to do??? I might be making my maiden voyage to Cheap Sams or some other places this weekend but believe me, I'll be going back again and again!

it looks fantastic Jen!!! You should be proud!!!!! For a second there is the new layout pic, I was like, did she put a stop sign on her lawn then I actually read it.
I cant wait to see it with the pavers done, Im so excited for you!

Love it !!! And the new layout too ! Are you getting a new driveway as well? We want to do a new skirt at the end of our driveway and some how fix the cracks in the cement??? Don't know if that's possible though

Thanks! We are really happy! We had to have the double gates because it is still our driveway behind it. For us to have our Permit for our apartment with the Village, we have to be able to park 4 cars on our property.  Otherwise, I would have only put a single gate there and it would have been more of a side yard, but we pretty much use it as a side yard anyway.
Yup more garden areas in the "after" diagram. So yes, there will be shopping, but we really have to talk. I need your help. So after Fernando is done, I'm inviting you & DH over for a BBQ. You have to see that new garden area for yourself and hopefully we can come up with some good ideas together. Pleeeeaaaassseeeeeeee!!!

It does look like a stop sign.  Nope, it's a bush. It's my Crepe Myrtle, wel actually it is a tree, not a bush.
I can't wait to see it with the pavers either. We are really excited about this project.

Thanks Beth. Yes we are getting a new sidewalk and apron (the part that goes down to the street). That will be in cement. The rest of the driveway where we park will be pavers. Not sure if you can fix the cracks or if you have to redo the cement.
