I know he probably meant it as a compliment but even DH thought it was weird.
The delivery was the awkward thing. We weren't in the store, but in the parking lot instead. It wasn't "she so cute, you wanna sell her?" It was just "wanna sell that baby?"
If I had been alone I would have been really creeped out and probably would have turned around and gone back in the store until he was gone.

Really, i would guess they were kidding with you u think?
my guess is that he was kidding. It happened to fred and I twice and both times we were shopping. Both times it was older men and we just laughed it off and so did they. Hence it wasn't in a parking lot but in the store itself.
