I'm feeling about the same, hopefully I'll feel better soon.
Reality is setting in as we got through our first night together as a family at home.
Tomorrow we're taking her to her very first pediatrician appointment 
Having my baby here with me is still so surreal!!

Congrats!!!!! You went through soooo much TTC and it is so wonderfully inspirational to see you and your little Katie-bug!
BTW, your cat looks exactly like ours. WE had my friend's baby in the house for a weekend and the cat wouldn't come out from under the bed can't wait for that day
Hope all is well with your new little family.
