Hi! I'm new! (Got my 1st BFP yesterday!)
Hi ladies!
I just got my BFP yesterday (2 of them, and 1 today for good measure  ). I was going to wait for the weekend to test but couldn't take the suspense! Gyno appt. on Monday, but according to online calculators, I should be due 1/09/10.
I told my Mom the news at lunch today with DH (it was soooo hard not to tell her sooner especially b/c we work in the same building). I gave her a Mother's Day card that said "Grandma." She started crying, and then I did too. We're seeing DH's parents tonight (and I still need to pin down a time to see my Dad!)  I can't wait for everyone to know, b/c I hate keeping secrets!
This will be our first and I look forward to learning from and sharing with you ladies!
I'm still in shock over my BFP and find it hard to believe! How long does it take to sink in??

I think it took till the first official dr's appt where i heard the heartbeat for it to sink in.

I still dont think it's completely sunk in for me yet that I'm going to be a mommy in a month! lol

Welcome and Congratulations! Have a happy and healthy 9 months!!  It started to sink in once i heard the HB of my little pickle. but im 32 weeks this weekend and it has really sunk in.

the 'realization' for me came in waves....
first time we heard the heartbeat....
first time she looked like a baby....
when we found out she was a SHE....
feeling her move....
enjoy every second!

I just found out 4/27 and I had my first dr appt yesterday. I got a sono and everything..and it's still not real lol

Thank you So much, everyone!!!
I just loved reading about when it finally hit you that you were pregnant!! It's so nice to know that I'm not alone in how I'm feeling!! So, it looks like I should expect it to sink in anywhere from the 1st sono, till when our baby is born! 
I am so grateful for this board and for all of you! Wishing everyone a very happy and healthy 9 months!!!
