Holiday gift for the babysitter
I have an occasional babysitter that we've employed since July. For those of you that are giving gifts to your babysitters what are you giving? Gift card, cash, something else? She's a 20yr college student.

Our sitter is also a 20 year old student. Last year we contemplated getting her and Amazon gift card but I never got around to it  We gave her an AMEX (or Visa - can't remember) gift card for $100. We are going to do the same this year. I signed the card from the kids

I usually give money but might give an AMEX card this year for $100 and something small from the kids - she babysits for 10 hrs a week and has been with us for about 3 weeks now.
