Good GOD! Now I know why I stayed on those BCP for 7 years I cannot believe how strong these are!

My first few cycles off of the pill I was DYING w/ cramps...I couldn't wait to get pregnant and go back on them. Now I just get a few light cramps before AF. It gets better!

If they are really bad ask ur doc for a pescription
my gyn pescribed me naproxen sodium
my cramps are so bad i can't do anything but sit on the couch and cry i agony... naproxen sodium helped ALOT!
i thought i was screwed when i went off BCPs

Just so you know, prior to having DD, I actually took prescription pain killers once a month because I had cramps so bad I couldn't function (let's just say I was well prepared for labor!), but after she was born I either had no cramps or some months light cramps. I was told by my ob/gyn that it's very common for that to happen. So hopefully you won't have to deal with them for too much longer!
