Holy points, batman!
I'm SO horrified at the amount of points I ate yesterday. Hubby and I had a date night and went out to eat and omg, I cannot even believe it, but I ate 62 points! I only ate 12 other points during the day knowing that we were going out and I stayed in my weekly limit, but omg, it was so NOT worth it!!! We have nachos and then I had a really good, low points salad for dinner, but then we had ice cream sundaes and that was worth 25 points alone! I forced myself to calculate all the points because I want to really be conscious of what I'm eating, but holy sh-t, I still cannot believe I consumed 74 points in one day

Re: Holy points, batman!
In the end- thats what helps you lose weight!! You should definatly have a 25 point sundae once in awhile You're alot better than me- when I indulge like that I don't even count. So good job counting.

I had a high points night last night too but I do my best to tally it all up and move on. As soon as I don't track that's where my down fall is.

Re: Holy points, batman!
It's great that you counted all those points. Doing so will help you lose weight over time. You might not lose this week but just becoming aware of how many points things are is going to help you and keep you focused. Don't stress over the one meal and take pleasure in the fact that you enjoyed a night out.
As a side note, what was amazing to me when I joined was how I easily consumed 50-60 points on a daily basis before joining ww. I never realized how bad so many things were for you. I figured out recently that my bagel with cream cheese, oj and coffee made up 75% of my daily points. It's no wonder I had gained so much weight over the years!
But again, good for you that you were honest about the points and that you enjoyed yourself. It's all part of the lifestyle change you are going through.

Good for you for tracking all of those points!! It's always better to be accountable for everything, log them and just get right back in the saddle. We do need those splurge days from time to time and I'm glad that you and your husband were able to get out and enjoy eachother!
