Holy Sciatica! Any exercises that relieve the pain?
I had back problems pre-pg and they are amplified so much-and I am only 6wk and 3 days
My OB said since I worked out prior to my BFP I could continue, as long as it wasn't high impact. I did the stationary bike, arc trainer, and I am a big swimmer. I am trying to think what I can do to build up my back and stop the pain! It is making the nausea worse (which trust me, I don't need right now! ) and it is preventing me from getting comfy when I sleep.
Are there any good exercises or workouts to help? Any tips? TIA!

I would try yoga. I've been doing it once a week and it's been helping wonders with my back.
You might want to see a chiropractor about the sciatica if it's bad. They can usually give you some relief.

Thanks! I might try that because my gym has a yoga class.

The NP I saw yesterday told me to stand with my legs wide apart and then rock side to side...like lunges, she said that's supp. to help..
