Home Inspection Company Recs
Can you recommend the company you used for a Home Inspection and the one you used for a Termite Inspection?
Also, let me know if you liked or disliked them and why? If you remember how much they charged and don't mind sharing that information that would be great.

Home Inspection Company Recs
Steve Rodan from www.rodanhomeinspections.com
He was referred to us by two people and we literally just had our inspection done an hour ago..he was AWESOME! FM if you want anymore info. He also referred us to a termite inspector and he coordinating the appointment together for us.

Tony Sabatino at Sundance Home Inspection http://www.sundanceinspections.com/
He was recommended to us by our realtor Beth. He was fantastic. We've reached out to him several times with questions that came up after the inspection and he was very helpful. I also went to him for a recommendation for an electrician and he was happy to help and he actually sent us to someone awesome!
ETA: His price was super reasonable

I used division home inspectors. He was also a termite inspector so it was all done in one shot

We used Tauscher Cronacher. They are engineers, not just inspectors, so I felt like we were getting a more thorough inspection. They also do the termite inspection. I can't remember what we paid exactly, but it was just a little bit more than the other companies I called, and again, I wanted the engineer, so I felt they were worth the extra money.

Yes, we used Tony too based on lif recommendations. He was amazing. Even my realtor was impressed.

Hi, going through the home inspection process myself right now. Please do NOT use Home Inspection Services with Mark Soroka! He is a disaster.
Inspection seemed fine but then we went back to the seller with his report. Of course the seller disagreed but the seller seemed reasonable and was giving us explanations and even calked his roofer to confer. Our inspector, however, went MIA. I emailed him twice with my questions, hoping he could help explain some of the disagreements as I am a novice (i was hoping for it in writing so i could digest it since i don't understand any if this). He never emailed back. When I called him he was very rude. Said of course they disagree but wouldn't take the time to explain anything to me. He also told me he is out of the country and doesn't work for anyone 24/7. Fine no problem but you run your own company so out on an out of office email or tell your clients since you know this is all time sensitive. When I tried to tell him thus he hung up on me. Do you really want to work with someone like this when trying to make a big decision?
