The same as before we put one in. We called our insurance and they said it didn't change anything unless we wanted to increase our liability coverage but he thought we were fine with what we had

Eta: our HO is about $1100 per year, but we just did an extension so I need to up our dwelling coverage- house was about 1600 sq ft now about 2000

Home is super small, we pay roughly $1200 for the year.

We pay a total of about $1500 for Homeowners, that includes our inground pool ....

Home owners insurance with inground pool
$3043. Pretty sure we have a rider for 1mm. My DH owns a business so we are insured appropriately to protect our assets and people going after the business. I am also close to the water (sound) so my insurance is high. I ground Grecian pool.
