Home phone and Internet Service providers
We have had verizon for our home phone and our Internet service since we have been in our house (3 years)
Well, every single time it rains, our internet doesnt work and our phone is nothing but Static. So we have to call Verizon and have them come to our home every time this happens....they ALWAYS say its something with the wires outside. Okay fine. So they fix it and leave.......next time it rains, same thing.........
Im getting so fed up with this and I want to get rid of Verizon.
so im curious to see who you guys have for your home phone service and internet? my hubby refuses to get rid of directv....I thought we can change to the optimum triple play but he wont get rid of his directv

we have optimum triple play. so far we havent had any cable outages. We even how our power go out, and once that came back on cable was still there.

We have Verizon FIOS and are very happy with them. We don't have issues in the rain.

We have Verizon FiOS for Internet and phone, and DishNetwork for TV. Never had a problem with the rain.
Verizon DSL had tons of problems, even without the rain.... FiOS is all new fiberoptic cables, so rain shouldn't affect it.

Verizon DSL had tons of problems, even without the rain.... FiOS is all new fiberoptic cables, so rain shouldn't affect it.
I wonder if we were to switch to the FIOS if it would be better........
