Hoping DH keeps his job
Layoffs coming Friday.
Figures, right before the holidays.
He doesn't seem to be worried. He hasn't looked for another job.
that makes me want to beat him.

get this...he had to be in the office today (he's in sales) and he goes in to meet with his boss at 1pm and she emails him to dial into a bridge for a conference call. Nice...so they won't even do it face to face.
I have no word yet. I'm hoping it's ok. I'm a mess.

Did they do it over the phone?
His boss was on the phone (*****) and the two bigger bosses were in the conference room.
How can a company send him out in this environment with no severance?

I am so sorry My DH was laid off just about this time last year & it really is the worst with the holidays & all. If it helps, he found a better position with a better company last January. I'll be hoping the same happens for your DH as well

I'm so sorry Susan. Your Dh's boss' are real azzhats. AT&T blows. I hope he can find a new job quickly. Him being is Sales helps him.
