Hosting a small casual lunch, Need ideas ASAP!
Please give me some ideas as to what to serve for a small, casual lunch including a little appetizer and dessert.
My ideas so far are:
Cold cuts/cheeses
Olive tray with pickles
Rolls/fresh bagels
Home made Mac salad
Potato salad
What else!!???

Good luck!!! I hope the meeting goes well.
Maybe a pasta salad or chicken - some super markets have either a roasted chicken or fried chicken pieces. I know my coworker doesn't really like cold cuts. Or some grilled veges. Hummas and crackers, vege tray.
