Hot Yoga Massapequa has a groupon
This is for new people who have never been to the studio.
On top of their $20/10 classes in a row for new students, this is a great deal for someone looking to check it out/change up their routine.

I was thinking about purchasing this but I don't know. I'm scared lol. I'm afraid I will throw up or pass out. I'm not in shape and never do yoga.

Never seen that happen to anyone yet!
Key is to be hydrated, take breaks and sit out, breathe through your nose and don't eat before class!
It's worth it IMO to at least try the $20 special for new students.
You will know within that # of classes if you love it/hate it or will be willing to make the time commitment.
I'm not a yoga-rockstar either. There are a lot of postures I don't know if I will ever be able to do fully and I've been going for 3 years.
Most of the people who go regularly defy the stereotypes of people who do yoga.
