House keys
Does anyone else have the keys to your house such as a neighbor, or parents?

When we lived in NY, my mom had a set. Just so she could get our mail if we were away. I wouldn't trust a neighbor or anyone but my mother with my keys.

My downstairs neighbors have a set, because they fed our cats when we're away.
The management office also has a set (they do for most, if not all apts. in the complex). I tend to lock myself out once in a while, so that comes in handy.

My parents & BIL have a set of keys to our house. Since my parents live OOT & come to visit us, it is easier for them to be able to come in & out without us. My BIL has a set in case one of us misplaces ours

My very good friend/Co-Worker that lives about 2 min's from me.
My Family does not live in my area, so giving them a key did not make sense.

My parents and my brothers do...... in case of an emergency I want someone to have access.
They NEVER use the key.... so we don't have to worry about them overstepping.

Nobody has our keys but us. Haven't had a reason to give them out yet.
Do any of you have security alarms? Do you give the code out too? Just curious.

Our very good friends down the street from us have a set. We also have a set to their house.
Thank God, I can't tell you how many times I've had to borrow them to get back in my house. Also, we let each other's dogs out occasionally as well.
