HOUSE PURCHASING
and the process is just sooo stressful....
They should really give out sedatives when going through this process

The worst part for me was gathering up all of the information for the mortgage - the past years W2s - pay stubs - bank statements - that drove me crazy.
It's worth it in the end (not that I have to tell you!)
We are here for you to vent to!!!

I agree (on the sedative thing) - when we bought it was such an emotional process.
We lost 2 or 3 houses we loved. It s&cked!
Then the house we ended up losing, we were re-offered (current house) and the women we bought it from (AND their lawyer) were such B$^0Hes!!!!!!!! The process was ridiculously trying...some of my friends had a wonderful experience - bottle of wine in the refrigerator, leftover furniture, etc.
