At this rate, I think cold cuts are probably the safest thing you CAN eat!

how bad is it..
My DH is worse than me. I want to eat cold cuts, smoked salmon, etc. and he won't let me, or rather, he makes me feel guilty. I yell "well I might as well give up ice cream too!" He said, that's a good idea! Harumph.

My DH is worse than me. I want to eat cold cuts, smoked salmon, etc. and he won't let me, or rather, he makes me feel guilty. I yell "well I might as well give up ice cream too!" He said, that's a good idea! Harumph.
If my DH ever tried that with me I would have told him that HE can carry the baby for 9 months then.

If my DH ever tried that with me I would have told him that HE can carry the baby for 9 months then.

He gave up cold cuts too so that we could suffer together and he's been making me lunch everyday (since I used to eat turkey sandwiches daily) so I can't complain THAT much.

you're fine. In moderation if you're worried.
I ate everything but sushi during my pregnancies. My kids are fine.
