Mine is 12 x 18. I wouldnt go any smaller as at that width if there is anythign along the walls its not easy to get out of the car!

I have a 1.5 and I wouldnt want a smaller garage. We have storage shelves around the sides and back of the garage and my cougar which is 16.5 feet long fits snuggly in there. I would say my garage it about 23 feet long. Not sure of the width though.
