Gee, I wish I could tell you but my grandma and mom ate ours while we were on our honeymoon. My parents brought the cake back to their house and my mom AND grandma dove in...Cubans don't know about the tradition of eating it on the 1st anniversary. (OK, MY Cubans didn't know it)

Congrats!!!!!!!!! My bakery told me if I bring in a pic that they will make me a new top so I don't have to eat year old cake, we'll see what happens!
