How did you find your recruiter?
Did you just email your resume to recruiters or did you call them and introduce yourself? If you have a recruiter who was good that you worked with in the past, I'd love their contact info.

How did you find your recruiter?
Recruiters have been contacting me. I posted my resume on careerbuilder and monster and the calls started coming in. Also most of the jobs posted on these site are posted by recruiters and not the hiring companies themselves. So when I replied to an ad, it was a recruiter call me about the job, not an HR rep for the company that is hiring.
