How did you make your own Pears? Babyfood Question
I'm going to be making DD own food and just got my babycooker and I want to make Pears for her do you keep the skin on? Do you peel it first then steam and then puree??

I peal and cut up into peices and then cook. Then I puree in the Magic Bullet . This is one of the easiest foods to prepare for DC!

Same as apples...
Peel and cut into cubes. Steam for a very little amount of time...they will get soft very quickly...also, you don't need much water when you puree them, they create their own "water" when steamed. So be careful of that. Don't add too much at first or they'll get VERY watery.

Peeled them at cut them into quarters, then I steamed them and then pureed them. Easy and yummy!!

Same here. I would peel, steam and then puree in the Magic Bullet. If the pears were soft I would just Puree them.

Great thanks ladies!!
It seems like she loves of course all her fruits peaches pears prunes but not to into veggies squash sweet potato carrots some what.
How do you cook prunes??
