how do I know which is broken??
so when I connect the usb cable to my camera and the computer nothing happens
so conneted dds camera with her usb cable to my computer and the pics come up
how do I know if my camera is broken or the cable
???

are you plugging the cables for both cameras into the same usb port each time or are they in different ports?

everything is charged and I am doing the same way I always do .....the cable costs $30 ONLINE AND i AM NOT SURE IF YOU CAN BUY IT AT A STORE
