How do I rescind a friend request on facebook?
Something wierd just happend on facebook and I think that I accidentally sent a friend request to someone I don't know. How do I rescind it?

If they don't know you also, they will deny the request.
If they accept, just delete them if they do.

I don't think you can. What you can do is send the person a message saying you accidentally added them and that they should just disregard.

I accept everyone just to see their pics & try to figure out if I know them from someplace. If not, I delete them. No questions asked.
They may not even accept. If they do, just delete them.
