how do i stop emails?
is there someway to stop getting emails from this site?
I did it on LIW and forgot how to do it.
also, Celia (MrsH2010) sent me a fr... 
how do you do that??
is there any benefit to having 'friends' on here?

I think it's under My Family and then Account Settings. I don't know about benefits to being friends, but I mostly friended the people I knew. It makes them easier to find. If you go to their profile there should be a link to send them friend requests.

I dont know what the benefits are to friending someone but I am friending everyone I knew on LIW
