I have just been making salads and eating them raw. I did tomato, grilled shrimp, chick peas, beans, and feta.

I like them steamed to a night bright green - add a little salt, some pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
If I'm feeling it I will blanche and then sautee quickly with butter and throw on some toasted almonds.

I usually blanche them and then saute in some butter, a bit of evoo, and sliced almonds. Sometimes I also make them with carmelized onion & almonds.

I am lazy as ever..clean them, snap the ends, put in steamer microwaver thing then add a bit of evoo and a liiiiiitttle bit of parm cheese.

Steamed with salt and sauteed garlic
Rice vinegar and chopped ginger.
I once fried bacon and added balsamic and then the blanched beans. YUM!!!

I tried to duplicate PF changs spicy green beans, and these are pretty damn close...
3 tsp soy sauce, clove of minced fresh garlic, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp veg or canola oil, 2 tsp chili sauce ( I like siracha, or just use some cayenne if you dont have any).
whisk everything together, and sautee in a pan on med/high, untl they 'wrinkle'. then serve.
they are really good.

ummm I was wondering the same
when you put the beans in boiling water for a few minutes then into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process - I do this then sautee (sp?) in butter with salt and pepper and tonight i added parsley.
